The basis of the system is the press fitting of the accessory using an O-ring and stainless-steel tube. The tube is marked before being inserted into the fitting and is then fixated by mechanical deformation using electrohydraulic tools. The pressure is always applied by means of a jaw or attachment with an M profile.
The press system with stainless steel tubes and accessories can be used for such applications as potable water pipe systems, solar power installations (low maintenance and resistant to very high temperatures), sprinkler systems (both wet and dry tubes) and compressed air (with pressures up to 16 bar).
