Renata van Zanten

With a long background in the travel world, Renata found her destination at Amari Metals in Vianen: ‘It clicked right away. I was received in a very open way, it felt like home. I was the only part-time employee and the only woman in the company. I can stand my ground, though,’ she says with a wink, ‘although that’s not necessary at all here.’ Renata assists with purchasing, sales and administrative matters, keeping track of aluminium profile and pipe imports and maintaining contact with customers about expected deliveries. Outside of work, her baby is her biggest hobby and she enjoys regular outings and trips with girlfriends.
